Pilates/Yoga Combo for (Almost) Every Body
Stretch and strengthen your body in this combination class. The first half of the class includes Yoga stretches, poses and flows; the second half focuses on Pilates and core exercises. No previous experience is necessary – all levels of experience are welcome. Bring a Yoga or exercise mat, and a bath or beach towel. Instructor: Mind Body
