December Mini session of Group Training Advanced (MyZone) with Jodi is the perfect blend of personal training in a group environment. All the personal instruction needed to get to your goal, while enjoying the support and inspiration of others. Class includes a demo of our new *MyZone Heart Rate System. Max 8 people. MYZONE is a unique fitness heart-rate monitoring system that accurately provides real-time feedback on heart rate, calories and effort levels during physical activity to keep you motivated and engaged, wherever and however you choose to train.Instructor: Jodi Cox
