About this event
Students will look at various examples of artists that work in portraiture. Students will be exposed to surrealism, symbolism, color theory and fine art skills that will enable them to create a portrait of someone significant to them or a self-portrait. BRENDAN BOLAND holds a BFA from Emerson College and an MA from NYU. He is a painter, playwright, musician and actor who incorporates his artistic practice into his professional work in education and community settings.
