Improve muscular endurance, core strength, and flexibility in this class designed for men and women looking for a great low impact workout. Workout includes aerobic, stretching and relaxation exercises. Knowing how to swim is not a prerequisite for participation in this class. Participants must pre-register and drop-ins are prohibited.
