Japanese Jujitsu self defense. Students learn escapes, throws, locks, and holds to control a larger opponent from one-on-one instruction with 40 years of self defense experience. Class is for beginners and advanced students. New students start first Monday or Wednesday of each month. www.LakewoodBudoKai.com. No class 2/21. Participants will enjoy recreational activities while practicing social distancing and other guidelines set forth by the CDC
