A fun fitness and energizing dance. Burn calories, reduce stress, increase self-esteem, and trim/tone your body with graceful movements. Strengthen back and stomach muscles, improve stamina and flexibility to exotic music. Beginning class meets at 6:15 p.m., intermediate meets at 7:30 p.m. and advanced meets at 8:45 p.m.* No Class: 1/17
