Time to take a "ME" timeout? This low-impact fitness class uses easy-to-follow calorie burning moves to improve balance, coordination, flexibility, stamina, cardiovascular function, and mood boosting! Keep yourself FIT while having FUN! Beginners welcome. Wear comfortable exercise shoes/attire and bring water. Classes will be taught by instructors virtually over ZOOM. Participants will have access to recorded classes for 7 days after class.
