Description
30 Hours Nevada Contracts and Agency. VIRTUAL or LIVE in Classroom. This is the additional 30 hours required for obtaining your Real Estate License. This is a separate course, which will meet during the 120 (90/30) Hour Course Offerings. Sessions run from 8 AM-5 PM daily for 2 days with home study instructions for the final two days. If you already have your 90 hour certificate, you will be required to obtain this 30 hour certificate to receive a Real Estate License.
Students will be required to read the Course Catalog and complete the Academy's 5 page enrollment agreement prior to the start of this course. These documents will be located in the Checklist Items section during registration and under the Course Description in extra details. These documents must be completed and emailed to RESchool@bhhsnv.com along with all receipts indicating proof of tuition / book payment. Course Books and Material pick up instructions will then be communicated via email. The corporate office is located at 3185 St. Rose Parkway Suite #100 Henderson, NV 89052. Course Books and Materials must be picked up on the specified day / time and no later than 3 days prior to the start of the first session to allow Students to complete the required reading assignment due by the first session. Course Books and Materials will NOT be available for pick up on the first day/evening of class.
