Created in collaboration with Fraser Health Falls Prevention Initiative, Specialized Geriatric Clinics and OSTEOFIT, Get Up & Go offers an appropriate entry level exercise program for older adults with balance and mobility impairments. This program is designed to improve strength, balance and coordination as well as functional ability, independence and quality of life. This a combined Level 1 & 2 class; participants will be challenged with exercises suitable to their individual needs, goals and abilities.
Full refunds given prior to the start of the first class. Pro-rated refunds will be issued if notice is given prior to the start of the third class. No refunds given after beginning of the 3rd class.
Get Active Questionnaire must be completed and submitted to the instructor prior to the start of the program.
