Drop-In Yoga TEN TIMES for ALL Levels. Classes are designed to welcome you whether you are new to yoga or experienced. Through traditional yoga poses we will explore the connection between mind and body while building strength, agility and flexibility. All poses can be adapted to fit your abilities.
Mondays 5:30-6:45pm; 5/16-9/12
The drop-in option allows flexibility and can be purchased in 1, 5, 10 and 15 class increments.
Valid only 5/16-9/12 for classes listed below. Non-refundable. Non-transferable. Yoga and exercise classes that have floor work require use of a yoga mat. No Class 7/4.
