This aqua fitness class is a great way to get in shape with little to no impact on your joints. We focus on Cardio, Balance, and Strengthening the entire body. We work in the shallow end and use a noodle for all kinds of fun exercise. Class is taught medium and high intensity with modified exercises offered to beginners. The exercises we do are specific to improving posture and balance and other impairments that cause pain using the NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) OPT (Optimum Performance Training) model corrective exercises.
