Have you ever had a grandchild or friend fix your iPhone settings, only to find you need to fix it again later? Learn how to help yourself figure out anything, from a smartphone setting, to a computer application, to fixing something in your home, to baking a new recipe. Use the internet as a teaching tool. Search for free shared how-to videos on YouTube, or look up lyrics to your favorite song, etc. Instruction and hands on practice! Optional: Bring fully charged iPhone or laptop to class with latest software updates. (1 day workshop)
