Approaching classic yoga with modification(s) when needed. This class covers correct breathing exercise(s), sun salutations movement, warrior poses, balance, standing and floor stretches and more. Ends with a Final relaxation/meditation. With practice and consistency, participants may expect improvements to flexibility, strength and peace of mind.
