A fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone and chisel using the ballet barre. The class is designed to accommodate various fitness levels, without high impact movement, but very intense work to kick-butt and get those muscles shaking and sculpting 1 hours class - 45 minutes sculpting work, 15 minutes restorative stretch.
All classes are operated in accordance with County, State and CDC guidelines. Masks are required AT ALL TIMES when indoors and when unable to social distance outdoors.
