This class includes easy moves that start with the head and neck and work all the way down to your happy toes! Instructor Karon Thomas has taught this class for 15+ years, as well as teaching dance for many years. She combines moves from modern dance, ballet, jazz, Tai Chi walking, yoga, Chi Gong and aerobics to give you a thorough, safe workout. Please bring two 1-lb. weights or two 1-lb. cans of food to class. Mats are optional.
