Dear Mr/Ms.,
We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted at the Eagle Creek School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Classes will be held on Saturday 6 August at the Eagle Creek Park Hideaway Retreat Center, 3:30pm-11:30pm. Only witches and wizards ages 18 and up are permitted to attend. A fee of $75 is required of all first-years. All food and drink will be provided. Wizard robes are expected to be worn, but please bring appropriate shoes and clothes for outdoor magical adventures as well. Please see below for your tentative course schedule and list of first year activities.
