About this event
TOUGH ON TOP training program focuses on gritty top wrestling including, break down, rides, mat return, turn, and pinning combinations. Each day wi;; be a combination of technical instruction, drilling/sparring, live wrestling, strength and conditioning. This camp is intended to prepare wrestlers to score in all bottom situations. Wrestlers will workout two times a day in a room full of high-level competitors. If you want to improve you top game this is the camp for you.
