About this event
ROCK BOTTOM training programs focuses on escapes and reversals as well chain wrestling to score from the bottom position. Each day will be a combination of technical instruction, drilling/sparring, live wrestling, strength and conditioning. This camp is intended to prepare wrestlers to score in all bottom situations. Wrestlers will workout two times a day in a room full of high-level competitors. If you want to improve your bottom game this is the camp for you.
