To celebrate 10 years of the Anglian Water WaterAid Cycle Rides we will be encouraging people to take part in events during the 10 weeks leading up to the group rides in September. Yes you read that right - the group events are back.
The format of the 10 weeks is a build on last years format of multiple smaller group rides across the region, options to ride solo or enjoy family friendly rides around our reservoirs.
So the countdown starts on Friday 8th July. You can participate in the virtual rides where you will pledge a distance that you will cycle over the 10-week period. Or you attend one of the in-person events - The Big 200 is 9th & 10th September. The Rutland 125 & Lincoln ride are on 16th & 17th September. And for those extra eager, you can take part in multiple routes for one registration fee. All rides take place around the Anglian Water region.
Events are open to all and are about having fun, taking part and raising money for WaterAid's mission to bring clean water, decent toilets and sanitation facilities to communities across the world.
