About this event
UNH Extension Master Gardener Series: Go Native! Incorporating Native Plants Into Your Landscape What is a Native Plant? Why are they so important to have in your landscape? Where do we buy them? Can they be planted in containers? Let's dig in and learn all about it! You'll see examples of native gardens, ideas and design, and learn small changes you can make as you start your garden or grow your landscape. Information About the Presenter Sheila Steele Sheila Steele is a retired science educator and a UNH Extension Master Gardener with a special interest and passion for native plants. She is a volunteer in the Edible Garden Program at the Souhegan Valley Boys and Girls Club where she and her students have created both a vegetable garden and a National Wildlife Federation certified Wildlife Habitat using all native plants.
