This class begins with intervals of body sculpting and toning, and completed by 30 minutes of dance fitness. A results-driven combination of weight-bearing exercises + dance fitness makes a fun and effective workout for you. You’ll need: one/two sets weights, 2 - 8 pounds. No floor mats needed.
