CONTRACTS 3 CE Credits. This is a Virtual Course using ZOOM, this course has been approved by the NV Real Estate Division as a LIVE course.
The goal of this unit is to enable the participants to have a working knowledge of client relationships, to identify the steps in working with buyers to prepare the completed Residential Purchase Agreement (RPA), present the offer, write counteroffers, and create an estimated closing cost sheet.
This is a Virtual Course using ZOOM, this course has been approved by the NV Real Estate Division as a LIVE course. No course material will be distributed by the Academy. It is the Student's responsibility to print the course material during registration if desired. Course Material is located under the Extra Details section when enrolling.
