3 Legislative Law (LL) CE Credit - This is a Virtual Course using ZOOM, this course has been approved by the NV Real Estate Division as a LIVE course.
The goal of this class is to enable the participants to have a thorough working knowledge of all licensing requirements, various disclosures requirements required by the Nevada Real Estate Division. Plus any changes to the Nevada Administrative Code. Discussions regarding business brokerage and current legislation from the division level to the Senate requirements. Additional topics discussed will include selling manufactured housing, landlord/tenant issues and an update on advertising within the law
This is a Virtual Course using ZOOM, this course has been approved by the NV Real Estate Division as a LIVE course. No course material will be distributed by the Academy. It is the Student's responsibility to print the course material during registration if desired.
