We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Monday, December 12, 2022.
This class consists of martial arts training for adult students. Each class is driven by practical and self-defense concepts of martial arts and presented for the ability level of adults. Students will learn basic strikes, kicks and basic grappling while getting a full body workout. This is a great way to increase physical activity and practice martial arts in a safe and friendly environment. No experience necessary!
Registration notes: New students only. Price includes uniform and 4 classes within 30 days.
