Description
Join Pat, our highly experienced Yoga Instructor in a gentle yoga class with asanas (postures) breath work, mindful meditation techniques and ending with savasana. This class will offer guidance and modifications and is open for all levels.
This weekly block of 4 classes is held at the Livingston Activity Centre.
