Participants must enroll and pass the Lifeguard Pre-Course Skills Check at least two weeks prior to start of class. Prerequisite skills includes a 300-yard swim, two-minute water tread, and an object retrieval. Enroll here. After enrolling please email Thomas at rpcope21@aacounty.org to set up a time to test your skills.
Successful course participants will receive a 2-year Red Cross Certification in Lifeguarding, CPR, First Aid, and AED.
100% attendance is required. Wednesday 4pm-8pm, Thursday 5pm-9pm, Saturday 8am-4:30pm, and Sunday 8am-4pm, Monday 4pm-8:30pm. Sundays class will be held at the Arundel Olympic Swim Center in Annapolis.
