GENTLE YOGA WITH MARY ERICKSON
Yoga can help you feel better physically and reduce stress. It’s beneficial to your health and well-being. This gentle yoga is designed for Seniors, but suitable for anyone, regardless of age or fitness level. Wear loose clothing, bring blanket or exercise mat. ENROLL EARLY SPOTS FILL UP FAST!
