GENTLE YOGA WITH MARY ERICKSON
We are running a new class with our Newest Yoga Instructor, Mary Erickson. Mary was trained by Mary Haye and is here to offer you another class option!
We are offering this at a discounted rate as it will only be an 8 week class instead of 10 weeks.
Yoga can help you feel better physically and reduce stress. It’s beneficial to your health and well-being. This gentle yoga is designed for Seniors, but suitable for anyone, regardless of age or fitness level. Wear loose clothing, bring blanket or exercise mat.
