TAE KWON DO - ADULT ALL LEVELSThis non-competitive class is a great workout while learning Korean style of martial arts from instructor David Beasley. Strengthen body, mind and spirit. Men or Women, all ranks welcome!*(We combine Adult with the Kids classes if we do not have enough enrollment)
