A walk in the great outdoors can help reduce stress and restore our mental health. Would you like to get out and about in nature with other walkers? PenMet Modified Walking Club is designed for walkers who may like a modified pace, a gentle terrain, and pathways that are paved and have little/no incline. Our first sesion meets at Sehmel Homestead Park.
