Description
We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Saturday, December 17, 2022.
In this mat-based yoga class, poses flow from one to the next with frequent transitions between standing, hands & knees and seated. Pose instruction will feature varying options and modifications, to meet all levels of strength and flexibility. Participants must be able to get up and down from the floor and bring their own yoga mat.
Class will not be held on Saturday, November 26.
Class will be held in Room C on Saturday, December 10.
Please bring a yoga mat.
All current City of Gaithersburg health protocols must be followed in order to attend class.
