We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Wednesday, April 26, 2023.
This class is ideal for anyone who wants to do yoga but has trouble getting down onto a mat. The class includes seated stretches and strengthening exercises, standing exercise and balance work as well as breathing and meditative techniques to help calm mind and body. This specific class will be geared toward individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder.
All current City of Gaithersburg health protocols must be followed in order to attend class.
