Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese movement form practiced by millions to exercise the body, calm the mind and uplift the spirit. It benefits the average person, athletes or those recovering from injuries or back problems. Wear loose clothing.
All current City of Gaithersburg health protocols must be followed in order to attend class.
