Ages 18+

In Hatha Yoga, poses are linked together through creative transitions to promote balance, alignment, and mind-body connections for all levels. If you are an experienced Yogi or someone who is new to their practice, Hatha Yoga is for you! Participants can expect a calm, yet strong practice through longer-held positions with minimal weight-bearing postures.
Participants can drop-in to a single class- Resident $15 / Non-Resident $19.
