Come for a fun Salad Jar Party where we will learn how to make 4 salad jars! Each week you'll bring 3 ingredients to share with the class and then we'll have enough ingredients to make 4 delicious salad jars that would be great for lunch or dinner. Afterwards, we will finish our evening with a workout! Barre Above blends the latest exercise science with the principles of the Lotte Berk method (the genesis of the Barre movement) delivering a fusion of ballet, pilates, yoga and strength training in each workout. It's a total body workout anyone can do. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, 4 mason jars & ingredients you sign up for each week. The first class I will explain how to make the salad jars and how we will make them as a class but we will not make the salad jars the first class. An email with an ingredient sign up sheet will be sent in advance for each class.
