T'ai Chi Chih is a moving mindfulness meditation that consists of 20 easy, enjoyable movements that cultivate health, serenity, and longevity. It reduces stiffness, improves balance, regulates blood pressure, increases energy, promotes restful sleep, and relieves stress. Beginner - register for Wednesday class only. Intermediate - register for either Wednesday or Friday class. Friday class - Prerequisite: must know 20 movements of Tai Chi Chih.
