Description
This program offers an expressive approach to healing through grief outside the paradigm of cognitive therapy. The Expressive Arts engage participants in a compassionate, non-judgmental way, by focusing on the process rather than on the product, by allowing participants the safety of the therapeutic distance to the painful experiences, validating, and allow encouraging intuitive, indirect art processes offer images, colors and symbols to emerge from psyche and soul, where transformation, meaning, and healing can occur.
A $60 material fee is due to the instructor at the first class.
