Description
Learn a repertoire of techniques and the optimal safe positions for self-defense based upon the movement of your opponent(s), all in the context of traditional Shotokan karate. Learn and master blocks, punches, kicks, throws, submissions and take-downs. Special attention is given to low-impact physical conditioning and personal safety.
