Join us for a 6 week training series every Wednesday We will meet each at the bar followed by a run. Run will start at 6:30 led by experienced pacers then back to the bar for a beer and raffle prizes. All fitness abilities are welcome and encouraged to participate. (Walkers and new runners too!). The cost of each training program includes: A racerback/tank top, 1 beer each week post run , a 6 week training plan, and weekly raffle prizes!
