No Class October 13 and November 10.Swimmers who are incontinent must wear a swim diaper & a swim diaper cover.Recommendations:Tie long hair in hair tie.
Wear comfortable swim attire. 1 piece is recommended.
Caregivers should bring swim wear in case swimmer will not go into pool with instructor.
Goggles are permitted.
If swimmer has a life jacket please bring it.

When you arrive, proceed to change room, change into proper swim attire, lock up all valuables, proceed to bleachers on deck and wait for the instructor to call your name. We do not recommend showering before class, instructor will take swimmers to shower on deck to rinse before entry.
