Description
We're sorry, but this program is over. The last meeting was Saturday, November 15, 2025.
Join us for a unique wellness experience that combines paddle board yoga with a relaxing sound bath, all held in the pool. If you are bringing your own paddle board please ensure you arrive by 6pm to allow for disinfection. Please bring a towel or a blanket that can get wet.
