The mandatory parent class will take place on Wednesday, October 26th from 6 - 8 pm. All classes are in person and will be following the same health and safety classroom/building protocols established in the Duxbury Public Schools for the 22-23 school year. The Driver’s Education program also includes a driving component consisting of 18 hours; 12 hours of in-car, behind-the-wheel training, and 6 hours of in-car experience observing other student drivers. All road practice and observation will take place by appointment with the driving instructor. Students must be 15 years, 9 months by the first day of class to be eligible to enroll. Please note that Activenet charges a 6.2% transaction fee based on tuition for on-line registrations. If you wish to avoid this fee, you may fill out a registration form and check and mail it in to the Before and After Dark office. Drivers Education tuition is non-refundable after October 1, 2022.
