Learn jazz warm-up and a complete jazz dance number. The warm-up will stretch, tone, strengthen and give you flexibility. The dance number will be taught for the beginner and intermediate dancer. Always a new routine every session taught to great music. The class is good for the mind, body and soul. Everyone is welcome, both beginner and intermediate dancers. Participants should wear dance wear clothing or something you are able to stretch in. Bring a yoga mat and wear jazz or tennis shoes.
Note: Participants must bring their own yoga mat.
Face coverings are required at all times during all classes.
