About this event
Description
This is a program designed for adult swimmers which focuses on technique while building endurance, strength and speed. This program requires the swimmer to be able to swim 100 yards continuously and knowledge of at least two of the four competitive strokes (front crawl, back crawl, breaststroke or butterfly).
