This class is for those with yoga experience or athletic beginners. Deepen your experience of basic postures, learn more challenging postures, posture flow and breathing practices. Students over age 70 must have instructor approval.
Must be at least 18 years old and less than 70 or with permission from instructor. Please bring a yoga strap, 2 yoga blocks, a yoga mat and a thick blanket for class.
