About this event
This introduction to theater class will teach basic voice, movement, and improvisation techniques in the service of play. The goal is to develop a “yes, and” mindset that will set learners on a path to success for years to come and in any discipline. Theater instructor Venus Ke grew up a child of the theater and received a Bachelor of Arts from San Francisco State University in Drama. The winding path of life has demonstrated just how valuable the lessons she learned in the theater will always be, regardless of where her career takes her. Venus ascribes to the belief, "everything I need to know in life, I learned upon the stage."
