5 day trail pass for Let's Get Fit!
Let’s Get Fit ! is a low-impact workout class, light cardio exercise allows you to strength train and stretch with unique dance movements. Each session is 1 hour long. and if you would like to do more workout, we offer a 25-30 minute body conditioning class after first session which consists of low impact chair workouts. Would you like to start a healthy routine and make new friends? we are a very cheerful and supportive group, and we would love for you to join! If you not senior but want to do light exercise? Any ages are welcome. No experience needs!
