This is for only five(5) introduction classes. If you are planning to have more days look at either the monthly or season pass. Let's get fit is a dance exercise class that allows you to strength train and stretch your body with easy, unique movements. Each session is one hour long but longer times are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Join us now to do low-impact exercises with a friendly, fun class.
Wear walking shoes and comfortable clothing. Bring a pair of 1-3lbs hand held weights and bottled water.
