Take the "work" out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Taught by a licensed Zumba instructor, this multi-level class is a total body workout engaging your core the entire session. You choose the intensity that is right for you- every move can be modified if necessary.
Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
This is a total body workout that combines all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, and boosted energy.

This is a great class for the experienced dancer or for someone that has always wanted to dance. As long a you know your left from your right (at least most of the time anyway), you can do this! Have some fun, dance, and work up a sweat!
Please wear athletic shoes and bring a bottle of water and a towel.
Note on foot wear : smooth sole athletic shoes are best - or a pair that most of the tread is worn off on. You want the support of the shoe, but not a lot of tread.
