Presented by: Julia Teal and Stephanie Martins, Hoag Community Nurse Navigators
Join Hoag Community Nurse Navigators for a 4 week series on Heart Health where they will discuss the effects of stress, depression, obesity, sedentary lifestyle, and poor nutrition on overall heart health and how to make small changes to ensure your heart's happiness! For each class attended, every participant will be entered into a drawing to take place at the end of the 4th class. Join us weekly and increase your chances of winning 1 of 2 grand prizes.
